Make it fresh, make it inviting, create the ‘WOW’ for every client…

2019 events are done, 2020 events begin, soon.  If you are wondering where I find my inspiration for the events that I design and coordinate, read on.

Social media plays a large role in the research that I do on a daily basis. Looking at past trends online, sorting through site looking for relevant article or turning the pages of the current Brides Magazine, there is so much info to take in.  How does my client find time to search for everything?

Trade Shows are an easy way to preview local professionals under one roof.  Walking thru an event and spending a few moments at each table or booth gives the attendee a better understanding of what is out there and available.  New trends or ideas are presented with the hope of selling the concept.

I also find inspiration from my clients.  Their voice is in my head as I search for the Top 5 items on their ‘Must-have’ List.  Ultimately, the voice of my client leads me to find specific requests.  Searching for inspiration while talking with clients and looking at their Facebook Page guides me to make suggestions.

Leaving my comfort zone and explore other disciplines for inspiration such as event planning Blogs has given me reassurance that I am not the only one who is looking for new ideas/new suggestions for 2020 destination clients.
