Your wedding day will be one of the most important days in your life. When selecting a business to provide a service on that day, think twice and ask a lot of questions.
Sure, it’s easier and cheaper to ask Aunt Millie to greet your guests and for your cousin to call each guest table to dinner but do you want them to perform those tasks? Wouldn’t you rather have all your family and friends enjoy the evening instead of asking them to be responsible for duties that can be accomplished by a professional wedding planner?
Each month I hear and meet more men and women entering the wedding industry that proclaim themselves as wedding planners. And, on the other side of the coin, just as many wedding planners are modifying their niche to keep ahead of the competition by finding ways to set themselves apart from the novices.
So, I ask you, would you prefer a novice to coordinate the one-and-only wedding day that you will have or a professional bridal consultant? Do you plan to place your wedding day into the hands of a person who is just beginning with limited experiences or a professional who an extensive history of events executed?
It’s your wedding day; the one-and-only wedding day filled with surprises. Ensure that the surprises are positive not negative by hiring a seasoned professional with references.
